[the whole 'i can do computer science' thing kinda went out of the window]
[I can't do what I wanted for my options. I have spoken to my waste of a space ICT teacher & The Woman Who Looks Like Selena (casualty) about my options. I got very different answers from both. My waste of a space ICT teacher said:
'I don't know if you'd be able to do computer science (please excuse her if she sounds a little thick - she has no idea what she's doing) so I think you'd have to talk to 'The Woman Who Looks Like Selena' about it. But I don't think it would be a problem if you did it at home or something, since there aren't any teachers qualified to teach it at [insert school name]. Speak to 'The Woman Who Looks Like Selena' Aimee & see what she says.'
Okay, so then I went to find The Woman Who Looks Like Selena. This is what she said:
'No, you can't do computer science.'
There was a whole lot more crap about how if my science teacher thought I could do it, then I probably could & blah blah blah. But that is the point, right? Just because I can do it does not mean that I'm gonna pass a GCSE or that I'm gonna enjoy it.
I mean, I have to do something I'm gonna enjoy, right? Okay, maybe not. But it's just that everything seems to be about everyone else, not me. It's fucking me who has to fucking do it as a GCSE! Not you, okay? Jesus, get a fucking life & let me get on with mine!
Okay, moving on. I've had enough of this options shit. I may as well just leave it. It wasn't worth the shit last time, what on earth made me think it was worth it this time?
