[a very long cast life of my family]

[It's now 1:00 & I'm still bored so I decided to do a list of everyone in my family & how much I like them. Yes, I'm very, very bored & I don't want to sleep. I'm also working on a new layout. :)

Mom
Well, I live with her. I guess we kinda get on okay sometimes. The less we talk, the better really. I can't go into details because I don't suppose she wants the whole world to know, despite the fact that she tells everyone except me about her whole life. I have to find out for myself. I've learned to live with her. If I had a choice of mom's, I wouldn't pick her first.

Dad
We don't get on brilliantly, but he's one of the people I get on best with in my family! I guess we have a lot in common; same sense of humor, etc. We get on a lot better that we used to. Since I met Michael again, in May, we've gotten closer. We're kinda like the black sheeps of the family; we really don't fit it with my mom's side of the family!

Ellie
My younger sister. We never got along. We probably never will. El was always the favorite, cute little kid. Something I was never gonna be. Accept it & move on. *shrugs*

Alison
My favorite aunt. She's my mom's sister, the 2nd youngest out of four. She lives just round the corner from me, so I see her the most. We've always gotten along good. She's more like a friend than an aunt. We talk about boy stuff, teenage girl stuff! She's fun to be around & I probably see her more than I see mom most weeks. I'm happy with it that way.

David
Alison's husband, my uncle by marriage. Probably my favorite uncle, out of everyone. I've known him pretty much all my life & we didn't get on so good when I first knew him, but we get on okay now. :) He's funny, and we have a laugh together.

Beryl
My mom's sister, the eldest of four. I don't see her all that often, but we really don't have that much in common. I don't get on with a lot of my mom's side of the family, purely because we're different. I'm more outgoing, not afraid to say what I'm thinking. They're more reserved & I stick out a bit when I'm around them!

Mick
Beryl's husband, my uncle marriage. Again, I don't see him all that often so can't really say that much. I wouldn't say we really have a conversation when I do see him.

Joanna
Beryl & Mick's daughter, my eldest cousin. She's 27, just to fill you in. So, she's quite a bit older than me. We were never similar in any shape or form. She was nothing like me when she was fourteen. Dad & I got banned from talking to her because apparently we were rude... I was just being myself! She's sci-fi mad, so I guess that was never gonna be something we shared. I see her like, twice a year anyway. I don't think we'll ever get on brilliantly, because we're not similar enough.

Nicola
Beryl & Mick's other daughter. She's a bit younger than Joanna. Again, I don't see her that much & even when I do, we really don't actually say a lot to each other. So...*shrugs* She's horse mad. That's about all I know about her. She seems kinda shy.

Gill
My mom's youngest sister & my aunt. We really never saw eye to eye about anything. I stole her birthday & since that day, we never really got along all that well! :P I'm way too outspoken for her. I'm way too outspoken for most of my family actually, but her especially. I never liked her & she never liked me. I'm happy with that relationship!

Mark
Gill's husband. I have never actually exchanged more than two words at a time with him, so I think I'll just leave him blank.

Jas
Gill & Mark's eldest daughter. She's about seven I guess now. She always ignored me. I always ignored her.

Boo
Gill & Mark's daughter. She's a bit younger than Jas. We used to talk sometimes when she was little, just her waffling & me listening. Now she plays with Jas & El.

Hol
Gill & Mark's daughter. She's younger than Boo. She has downs syndrome. She's probably my favorite cousin, just because she actually likes me! It's kinda hard to talk to her because I only know a little bit of the sign language she uses (makaton?), but I'm slowly learning it. It's quite good fun to learn makaton from a four/five year old!

I'll leave Sam (my youngest cousin, another of Gill & Mark's kids) out because he's only a baby.

Nanny
My mom's mom. I see her about once a week & we get on okay. She still thinks I'm kidna odd, but she never says it out loud! :D I like her.

Grandad
*shrugs* We never got on. I know he always made life hard for mom & her sisters. I can see why. Always putting people down. I can put up with him, but that's about as far as it goes.

Michael
My dad's brother. He doesn't think I'm outrageous! I do only get to see him like, three times a year, but when I do see him, it's fun. We have a laugh, although I haven't seen him since Christmas. I think we'd get on better if we saw each other more often, but family was never my thing, so I can live with it.

Lucy
Michael's girlfriend. I see her less than I see Michael, but we get on I guess. She's cool for a thirty-something year old.

Grandad
My dad's dad. He died last year. But I'm gonna put him in here anyway. I'm not gonna lie & say I miss him like hell, because I don't. It's his fault he died alone in a hospital bed in agonising pain. If he hadn't smoked then maybe he'd still be here now. If he hadn't smoked maybe dad wouldn't. I blame him for that. I know my dad isn't blameless; it was his choice to start smoking, but I can't help thinking that maybe it had something to do with grandad. Everyone says he was wonderful. I never thought he was wonderful. I thought was a fat, lazy, git who smoked all day long. My last memory of him is one of him lying in a hospital bed, talking a load of bullshit. He barely knew who I was because he was so ill. He didn't die as a direct result of the smoking. But it was certainly an indirect result.

That's the whole of my family I guess. No wait, I'll stick in a couple more!

Gavin
My dad's cousin. I see him about once a year, if I'm lucky cause he lives miles away. It takes like, seven hours to get there.

Amanda
Gavin's wife. *shrugs* I've seen her about five times in my whole life.

Andrew
Gavin & Amanda's eldest son. He's a year younger than me. A couple of years ago we got on brilliantly. I grew up. He didn't. We grew apart. Now he hangs around with El when I see him mostly.

Matthew
Gavin & Amanda's youngest son. I guess he's about two now. He's kinda cute I guess. He calls me Mary, but hey, you can't have it all! :P :D We play together when I see him. I can do looking after little kids. I probably won't see him til he's like, five or six now, but I don't really mind.

Okay, that really is it now.
